PAN

Pan is an explosion of bright, citrusy flavor that mellows to a smooth, round finish. Covered in organic basil, parsley, & thyme, Pan looks beautiful on a cheese plate. Pan’s tangy flavor enhances sandwiches, salads, and pasta. It’s delicious by itself or on a cracker. Refrigerated Pan can be sliced, grated, or crumbled. At room temperature, Pan is soft and spreadable. Pan can be used in any recipe that includes cheese.

A few serving suggestions:

  • Top flatbread with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, Pan, and fresh ground pepper.
  • Crumble it into a salad.
  • Spread it on a sandwich or bagel.
  • Pair with fresh figs or jam and serve with a crisp white wine.
  • Serve with fresh strawberries and champagne.
  • Add it to grits, tofu scramble, or a baked potato.
  • Enjoy it right out of the package or on a cracker.
  • Use it in any recipe that calls for cheese.

LUNA

Luna is creamy with a slight natural rind and full-bodied flavor that goes on and on. Its buttery, fluffy texture is especially rich and pleasing when served warm. Luna’s flavor shines on grilled cheese sandwiches, pizzas, and quesadillas. It’s delicious by itself or on a cracker. Refrigerated Luna can be sliced or grated. At room temperature, Luna is soft and spreadable. Luna can be used in any recipe that includes cheese.

A few serving suggestions:

  • For ultimate comfort food, make a Luna grilled cheese sandwich with a side of apple sauce.
  • Luna gets along with any fruit. Paired with ripe Georgia peaches, it’s heaven in your mouth.
  • Serve with fresh basil, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper for a caprese salad.
  • Serve on warm bread with jam, paired with a velvety red wine.
  • Warm it up in the oven (low heat for a few minutes) and drizzle with agave.
  • Add it to pizza, tacos, or lasagna.
